The National Memory Project selects people and organization for recognition based upon their contribution to improving the human condition or in improving the planet. The Book of Heroes National Memory Book provides a 100+ year archive for each Hero Memory Record.

While we are all inspired by the spontaneous acts of selfless heroism that occur during tragedies, the Book of Heroes concentrates on people and organizations that make selfless contributions day-after-day demonstrating an ingrained dedication to helping others. We will consider all nominated acts of heroism for they are all inspirational.
